All order will be process and sent out within 3 working days. Our third party courier will be email or sms a tracking number to you once your item(s) has been processed.
Once your parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handle by Delivery Courier. The delivery takes 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-6 working days for delivery to Sabah Sarawak.
You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date as agreed between you and SHAWLFORYOU. If you are not available and re-delivery is required, an email will be send for you to arrange re-delivery. Where re-delivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to pay additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Courier.
If customer do not receive their parcel within 7 working days after receiving tracking number by our third party courier, you can track your shipment by using the tracking number provided or email us at shawlforyou23@gmail.com for further information.
